mselect is looking to hire a Brand Sales Manager for an FMCG client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Overview
The brand sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed the sales goals for a specific brand or product line. The manager will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals for a specific brand or product line
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities to increase sales and market share
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and retailers to ensure maximum exposure and sales of the brand or product line
  • Manage the sales team responsible for selling the brand or product line, including setting sales goals, coaching and training, and performance management
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a sales team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
