Job Objective
Assist in the delivery of the company data control work instructions covering data validation of operations, based the company’s specific data control delivery procedure. In order to enable the business processes that support Asset Integrity and operations.
Responsibilities
- Control, classification and organization of DATA generated in support of the design, build and operation of Assets
- Co-ordinate all data activities across disciplines and contracts in order to deliver the required data in line with the company standards
- Ability to define the data requirement and Identify safety critical equipment’s
- Implement a set of key procedures and specifications governing the data control process, including data control procedure, document numbering specification
- Validate & quality check of handed over engineering data
- Ensure processes and documentations are in place to deliver the data requirements
- High efficiency working with data engineering tools e.g. engineering data management systems EDW, SPF
- Maintaining both project/ operations approaches
- Ability to work in a fast moving, rapidly changing and dynamic environment of a major Capital Project
- Prepare and issue data reports align with SAP
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Past experience in the Oil & Gas industry in data management minimum 3 years
- Previous experience in engineering Data management systems
- Engineering databases, tools and document management systems
- MS Office:( Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Focus on continuous self-learning and improvement
- A high degree of skill in written and oral communications
